Full-time rates are for 50 hours of childcare per week. You may contract for additional hours (@ $6 per hour) with the approval of the Director.
Part-time rates are for up to 25 hours a week. Half day children are to be picked up no later than 12:30 pm.
Early Arrivals/Late Pickups: There is an additional fee of $5 per every 15 minutes (or $10 per hour) for any time used before or after contracted hours.
Non-scheduled days may be added to your schedule only if requested and then approved by the Director no later than Wednesday of the previous week.
GENERAL POLICIES
PAYMENTS:
Fee payments are due Monday morning of each week of service. Please be sure to indicate payment week, trip payment, etc. on your check. Please include a $10 late fee when paying after Wednesday.
DISCOUNTS:
Full time- Youngest child Full Rate Second child 10% Discount Subsequent children 20% Discount
Part time- Youngest child Full Rate Second child $7 Discount Subsequent children $12 Discount *Sibling discounts are not given to families paying the daily rate.
2022-2023 PROGRAM INFORMATION 6:30 AM– 5:45 PM
HOLIDAYS/SICK DAYS:
Fees are payable for holidays during which the Center is closed. A list of holiday closings will be posted at the start of each year. Fees cannot be refunded for sick or vacation days.
VACATION DAYS:
Full or part-time families are eligible for up to 5 days of fee vacation per year. Guidelines are stated in the Parent Handbook.
SCHOOL-AGE (SACC)
Full time rate $ 220.00
Part time rate $195.00
Add a day rate: $60.00 per day
*Students must already be enrolled to drop in or add days
*Camp rate subject to change prior to the start of camp in 2023.
REGISTRATION
An $80 registration and insurance fee is required prior to enrollment and annually thereafter. Family registration is $120
The first week’s and last week’s deposit is due at the time of registration.

LATE CHARGES:
If your child is left at the Center past 5:45 PM (closing time), you will be charged $2 for every one (1) minute per child or portion thereof past 5:45 PM which is payable immediately upon your arrival. If you know you are going to be late, and a phone is available, please notify us so we can reassure your child.
LOW INCOME:
Slots may be available. Please inquire at the office.
ABSENCES:
TLC should be called early morning (215-257-6636) if your child is not attending school and/or not coming to the Center on a given day.
