I live in Lehigh County with my husband and our blended family. We just recently had a home built and we are so excited to be filling that home with lots of love and lots of noise from our four teens! In my spare time, I enjoy cross stitching, crafting, and spending time with my family.
I am originally from Northeast Philadelphia and studied at Immaculata College where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature. While I was attending Villanova University for my Master’s degree, I began nannying for a young child. It was there that I found my calling in Early Education. I started my career in Early Childhood Education as a Twos teacher, but moved around to several different ages before finding my “home” in Pre-K. I spent the bulk of my teaching career teaching Pre-K before I moved into an administrative role. All told, I have happily been in Early Education since 2004 and I cannot imagine my life in any other career!
I believe that Early Childhood Education is one of the most important fields there is. During this crucial period of development, children are full of wonder in the world around them. We have the opportunity to build a life-long love of learning and to give them the tools to be successful in their future education. I believe in hands-on, child-driven educational experiences that foster creativity, imagination, and curiosity. I feel so privileged to help TLC grow and provide exceptional care for all of our families. My door is always open, and I look forward to building relationships with all of our families!
