Miss Kim Adamczyk
I began working at TLC in 2017 as an office assistant and classroom substitute. After spending time in the Pre-K 2 classroom I realized how much I love working with children in the classroom. After a year of teaching I can’t imagine doing anything else! It is such a blast spending time with children and it is very rewarding to help them grow and prepare for Kindergarten. I think it is important to establish caring relationships with our students and remember to use humor to motivate them! I love being a part of their lives and supporting their social, emotional and learning needs.
My name is Hailey Adamczyk and I have been working as a floater at TLC since August 2017. I graduated from Pennridge High School is 2014 and decided to continue my education at Bucks County Community College where I received my Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. From there, I transferred to Gwynedd Mercy University. I will obtain my Bachelor’s Degree with a dual major in Early Childhood Education Pre-K to 4 and Special Education Pre-K to 8. I also have experience babysitting since 2008. During the summer of 2017, I worked at Saucon Community Center as a summer camp leader working with children in the school-age level.
I believe that each child has a right to being properly education while being shown that they are cared and loved for. Children should be able to show off their strengths. I also believe that children learn best through hands-on experiences. I like discovering children’s interests so I am able to incorporate it into my lessons. I also feel that communication with parents and teachers is key in a child’s development. I am excited to be working in Pre-K2 this summer!
